Mount St. Helens: the Worst Volcanic Eruption in US History
On the morning of May 18, 1980 Washington state experienced the worst volcanic eruption in US history. Causing unprecedented destruction and lingering effects to the United States. Thanks to the research of volcanologist David A Johnston, and his colleague Don Swanson, we got a better understanding of telling signs of when a volcano is on the verge of eruption. 43 years later, Mount St Helens is scarred with the reminder of what happens when a volcano blows its top.

Hidden in one of Denver’s upscale neighborhoods sits what is currently know as Cheesman Park, one of the most haunted locations in Colorado. In November 1858 General William Larimer, the founder of Denver, Colorado set aside 320 acres of land to be designated as the city’s cemetery. At the time in the mid 1800s it was called Mount Prospect Cemetery and was divided up by social status. The city’...

I was at Lake Tahoe just before and during the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the SF Bay Area. A very noticable calm condition, which was unnatural prevailed; then came the news on the car radio. It was like the Twilight Zone. I wonderd why, and shortly I knew how very spoky Lake Tahoe could be.

Your story sounds a lot like Bigfoot stories I've heard, and there has even been a documentary about a bigfoot encounter near Loudonville, just north of the park. Mohican is still a favorite place to hike, but the creepy stories are always in the back of my mind.

I first heard of this story last year, seen many videos on it, its one of the worst case scenarios of getting stuck ive ever seen. Terrifying. Those don't look like caves, those were underground fissures/tunnels in the rock. Noone should be in there. I can't imagine what he went through 😢 pure claustrophobic HELL

By all means, stay away from Crater Lake. In fact, stay away from Oregon altogether. It's all ghosts, bigfoot, demon possessed bears, wendigo, serial killers, soul vortexes and portals to hell. You wouldnt like it.

It might be too cold for bodies to form gasses and float to the top but it's not too cold for divers and subs to go down and look for bodies. There have been countless dives over the years and no bodies. In 2016 a 33 diver team spent a month searching lake tahoe for bodies at the bottom and nothing was found.

Let's be honest, if earth was really a sphere spinning and flying through infinite space this lake would have all drained out being it's on the side of a sphere. Earth is flat people, this calm level lake along with all the other water proves it. The masters fooled you, fooled your parents, and fooled your grandparents into believing fairy tales.

WEIRD PEOPLE VISIT TAHOE. Years ago, a neighbor lady invited my little brother and I to go with her 3 kids up to Tahoe for the fourth one year. I was the oldest of all us kids, very well muscled from stacking hay & training horses. My little brother is 8 years younger then I. I was very protective of him but would let him fend for his self at times. It was almost dark & the 5 of us kids went to the pool for a bit. There was only one boy in the pool, a teenager, along with about 6 adults, both women and men. We had only been in the pool for a couple of minutes. Looking around I didn't see my brother but saw that kid in the pool with a shit eatin' grin on his face. Looking in the water in front of him, I saw my brother, that kid was holding him under. I looked up at all the idiot adults, they were staring at my brother being drowned and me on my way to "balance out the situation" They didn't say a word or do a damn thing to stop this kid, so I decided to teach all these idiots a lesson or two. That kid was as tall as me, I figured he NEEDED a lesson on holding HIS breath. I pulled my brother up, he was alright but I was NOT. That kid, 5'5 same height as I, he smiled at me, just standing there. I grabbed his hair pulling him under water, I held him there, counting the seconds in my mind. I looked at the adults while I held him under, the saucer eyed idiots, just stared. The kids I came with stared hollering for me to let him up, I told them.. I'm counting, he is fine. I let him blow bubbles for another 30 seconds before I pulled him up. Before I let him go, I told him to never bully kids again, learn, grow and don't be a dumb f*k no more. Looking at the adults I told the boy to get the f*k out the pool & take your idiots with you. The whole saucer eyed group stood up immediately, grabbed their shit and headed to their rooms, that boy flew outta the pool and left with em. I figured the cops would be called on me, not that I gave two hoots, however no one showed up or bothered us. I can still see those people watching my baby brother being drowned, wished I could've made them blow bubbles too! I won't ever forget how creepy that evening was. They never said a word, just left quickly, all scared looking. Weird ass people like Tahoe, I'm good. Never been back and never got in any trouble for that hahaha weirdo's, don't f*k with my lil' brother. Period.
